ITALIAN COLONIES - LIBYA 1912 10c rose, SG 4 (Sass.4), spectacular strip of four affected by dramatic overprint shift. As a result, one of the stamps is without overprint, one has just the L, and in the remaining two the overprint appear as 'ibia     L'. Stamps are never hinged mint, but affected by some foxing. (4 stamps)
