COOK IS. - 1898 (25 May) registered cover addressed to the Austral Cycle Agency in Sydney, bearing 1d, 2½d, 5d and 10d stamps (plus a cut out space presumably where a 1½d once sat) tied by 'Rarotonga' cds's, plus registration mark and boxed 'Post Office / Cook Island' (Burge A1) with manuscript date handstamps alongside and and two transit cds's on reverse.
