ALBANIA - 1914 5gr on 1f brown SURCHARGE INVERTED and shifted variety (SG 45a, Michel 46 K), very fine used on piece cancelled by superb 'VLONE' cds cancel. Due to the surcharge shift there is only '5' on the bottom stamps and 'GROSH' above '5' on the upper stamps. Very fresh & attractive. (4 stamps)
