NIUE - 1932 2d black & red-brown, SG 57, fine mint (three stamps are never hinged) upper left corner BLOCK of 4 with the two top stamps being PERF 14x13x13x13 varieties (SG 57a) perf 14 between stamps and top margin and with additional perf 13 above. A very rare positional example of mixed perforations with the top side perf 14 where the original perf 13 was inadequate, a great display item. (4 stamps)
